Three Strands Community Center

Three Strand Community Center now at the Journey Cafe!

We are blessed to have the Three Strands Community Center with us now at the Journey Cafe.

Three Strands features:
  • a full-function gym
  • a cafe with various custom-crafted coffee drinks
  • a women’s group (Wed at 9:30am) 
  • a men’s group (Sat @ 6:00am)
  • an annual 5k run
  • community support via donations and service projects
  • non-profit status:501(c)(3)
 
Three Strands Community Center is built on these three values: 

Faith, Family & Fitness

Our core Bible verse is Ecclesiastes 4:12: A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.
